3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Excessive no-shows may require full payment upfront for future appointments.

No refunds are offered for completed services.
